The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered generous portions. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing great recommendations for activities and helping with transportation. the room was spacious, clean, and had a hot shower. the location was ideal, being close to downtown and the La Fortuna waterfall. One of the best aspects was the beautiful and well-maintained tropical grounds surrounding the cabins.
One small improvement would be to add some table side lamps in the room, as the overhead lighting could be a bit bright. Other than that, there were no negative aspects to mention.

The breakfasts served were delicious and provided me with enough energy for the day. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, offering great suggestions for tours and dining options.
I did not come across any negative aspects during my stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful and exceeded my expectations.

We had an amazing time at this cozy little hotel! The breakfast was delicious and definitely gave us the energy to start our day. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, just a short drive away from the main attractions. Plus, the property was beautiful, giving us the feeling of being surrounded by nature.
That the beds were not the most comfortable. Additionally, the hotel was a bit far from the center of town, so it took a bit of effort to get there.

Our stay at Natural Green Villa was fantastic! Karen and Jairo were wonderful hosts. Karen's fabulous breakfasts and cooking lesson made us feel so welcomed. Jairo's exceptional guidance saved us money and allowed us to explore Arenal at our own pace. The private bungalow provided ample space and a comfortable bed. The well-maintained grounds were lush and tropical. We felt very safe in this peaceful location, conveniently close to a restaurant and mini grocery store. If you're seeking a tranquil getaway, this is the place!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions. The on-site family was very friendly and helpful. They even arranged a massage for me in my room, which was a nice perk!

We had a fantastic stay at this budget-friendly hotel. the chalet was clean and comfortable, with a small fridge, sink, and coffee maker. the bathroom was well stocked and the hot shower was a treat. the breakfasts were delicious and varied, with options like omelets and traditional Costa Rican dishes.
It would be nice if there were more amenities in the common area, such as bookshelves with books and games, as well as a table and chairs to gather and play games together.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
